• Course #3 “Getting Calm, The Power of a Less Stressful Life” The one-hour video course with worksheets and a group discussion guide
  provides a deep dive into understanding stress and what stress can do to the body, mind, and spirit. The course offers straightforward, immediate actions a person can take daily to reduce their stress levels, no matter the cause.
